We all live according to priorities. How do you know? A priority is that thing to which you give your time and attention. So take a good, honest look at what you are thinking and doing most of the time, and you will see what your priorities are…not what you say they are, but what they really are. With that sobering perspective, most of us could use a reordering of our priorities. This audio session will be very helpful.

Greg,
This message was absolutely fabulous !!! Lucky for me, it came at the perfect time as well. My husband and I have been discussing costs of things for the holidays and especially with planning a dinner for the missionaries where I live. Stress as usual creeps in. I was contemplating all the wrong things, about how we can’t afford this, we can’t seem to eat as healthy as I would like…etc. When my husband texted me in the middle of the day.. He said, “Honey, I bought a homeless man lunch today, I hope that is okay. He really needed it.” I melted. We try to not encourage the large number of beggars in our area, but pay generous fast offerings in hopes to help in a righteous way. I responded back to him. “I am so proud of you. I am so grateful you had the opportunity.” In my heart I had every desire to give up all those wants I had previously had, because this man was in need of so much more.
I LOVED this post. I am so grateful to have the opportunities I do. I have truly come to find that when we place the most important things first (which are right and best) all other things fall into place perfectly. We start to FEEL more self worth and spend less time seeking for material pleasures. When we dedicate ourselves to service we find the ways we CAN help, instead of feeling the need of being served.
Anyways. Thanks again !!!
